Penetrates encapsulants to expose subterranean flaws like solder voids, wirebond sweeps, delamination, and bridging in complex multi-die packages.
Auto Defect Classification (ADC):
Intelligent algorithms automatically analyze and categorize anomalies against predefined tolerances, eliminating human subjectivity and improving inspection repeatability.
Fully Enclosed X-Ray Chamber:
Housed in a heavy-duty, lead-shielded enclosure with safety interlocks to ensure complete radiation containment for safe cleanroom operation.
Real-Time Radiation Monitoring:
Active perimeter sensors continuously monitor background radiation, triggering immediate automatic shutdowns and alarms if any threshold breaches occur.
Integrated Reject Handling (Optional):
Automatically isolates defective units directly on the production line using precise physical inking, permanent laser marking, or mechanical leadframe punching.
