BGA Vision Inspection System

The BGA Vision Inspection System is a high performance, cost effective
vision system for the inspection of Ball mounted devices including BGA,
uBGA and so forth. This system can be integrated as a retrofit kit or integrated into new equipment. It is optimized for on-pedestal applications where high resolution
